Veteran's Day

Veteran's Day will be officially celebrated on November 11th and for many people, Friday the 10th will be a day off . We hope all of us will take the time to say 'thank you' to someone they might work with or know who is a member of one of our military branches, either active or reserve. We need to put our political views about the present war in Iraq behind us and focus on the fine men and women that serve our country so valiantly during these trying times. Their sacrafices from family, friends and loved ones should not go un noticed. Let's keep it a day of rememberence of those who serve and those who have served and not just 'another' day off. We at the 1802 House Inn commend our service men and women and will continue to offer special rates while they are home on military leave.
